About me
Hi – I’m Nhien Vo, a digital product designer based in HCMC. I help companies develop products from scratch and solve design problems in existing works.
My most recent role was Senior Product Designer at Axon, a Public Safety Tech company, where I contributed to enhancing user experiences for their Real-time Operation products. This encompassed a range of cloud-based products, including Axon Dispatch System available on various platforms, from web to electron apps, and in diverse work environments, including in-car computer setups. My responsibilities extended to designing the Admin tools for Axon Dispatch. I also enhanced the visual performance of Axon Dispatch Map, resulting in smoother and more efficient operations.
Before joining Axon, I worked at ShopBack Vietnam, focusing on mobile app (ShopBack Online Cashback, Inbox, Homescreen and Product SKUs) and ShopBack’s back office tool (Needle).
Prior to that, I led a team of 3 designers at ALAX Vietnam to re-design a whole line of products (Store, Pay, Publisher, Admin, Merchant, Landing Page).
Besides design, I love art, sci-fi movies, classical music and cosmology books. I also enjoy reading and discovering new things through all kind of channels: book, magazine, forums and social media. I believe that by constantly staying up-to-date, I'll keep my mind open and will be able to gather different perspectives of the concerns and demands in many fields, which is an important aspect of a product designer.
